Can the journal be used for twins or multiples?
The journal is designed to document a single pregnancy, but it can easily be adapted for twins or multiples. The only page dedicated to a single name is the Baby Name page, which can be used to note more than one name and reflect on your final choices.
Is it a good gift idea?
Absolutely. This journal makes a thoughtful and meaningful gift for any expectant parent — perfect as a personal keepsake or as a heartfelt present for baby showers, pregnancy announcements or special milestones.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the following working day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders are sent with tracked delivery, and you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted provided the journal remains unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
This is very rare, but if it happens, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement copy at our expense.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details and tracking number. We’ll look into the issue promptly and assist you as quickly as possible.
